Objective

Recognition to PDO/Contractors staff who display excellent HSE commitment and performance by applying the empowerment to stop unsafe activities and the 3 Golden Rules - Comply, Intervene & Respect

Recognition

• The winner will be presented with a recognition letter (signed by MD) and a small desk-top plaque.
• Their photographs will be published here with a short profile.
• The story will be placed on PDO screen savers and all HSE notice boards.

Nomination Criteria

Nominations should include the following:

• a short description (50 words or so) of what the candidate did to deserve the award, and
• the dept/contractor and the person’s job.

Send the nominations to your Directorate HSE Advisor as per the list below:

Each directorate can propose a maximum of three candidate for each quarter.
