FOUNTAIN INCIDENT TRACKING

The "PDO Impact Safety" database has changed!!

We are closing down the "PDO Impact Safety" database. As of 17/Oct/05 no more changes/additions can be made in Impact Safety. You can still read (NOT available from WWW)  from it. All your data/information has been moved into the new FOUNTAIN-INCIDENT TRACKING Global Database. For new incidents as of 17/Oct/05 use the new Fountain Incident Tracking global database (Not yet available from WWW: only through PDO-IT access, contact your CH).

All PDO HSE incidents MUST be reported in this system within 24 hrs.

What is Fountain?
Fountain is the Shell-EP Global IT system for managing Health, Safety, Environment and Assurance data. It has 4 modules: Incident Tracking, Assurance, Insight and Environmental Reporting. At present PDO has gone live on the Incident Tracking module only.

What is Fountain Incident Tracking?
It is a tool which enables immediate reporting of any incident, track follow-up, incident analysis and facilitates global learning exchange.

What has changed?
Fountain Incident Tracking has the same look and feel as "PDO Impact Safety". It is the same software: Impact. The configuration is slightly different so as a user you will notice some changes. We expect that most users will have little trouble with the new system. Quite a number of things have improved! See the list of changes. Click if you need HELP.
