the PDO procedure that must be followed
for all HSE Incidents
Note: these documents
have NOT yet been updated to reflect the changes related to
Fountain Incident Tracking. This will be achieved in Dec/2005.

Risk Assessment Matrix:
Short description of the main categories of the new PDO RAM which
will be included in PR-1418 revision 2.0.
Note that the formal Group RAM is described in the
Shell Yellow Guide: RAM. That document dates from 1999 and
is about to be re-issued. The Fountain Incident Tracking RAM and
new PDO RAM are based on the "soon to be re-issued" group RAM.
