This video has been designed for use at team meetings,
workshops or as a precursor to running an exercise on intervention
using the Working Safely Hearts and Minds tool on the Shell
Exploration and Production website. It will help make people:
- aware of why interventions are so important at all levels
- understand interventions can be good or bad
- see what makes a good intervention and what doesn't work
- observe the need to improve their intervention skills and to
practise before needing to do it for 'real'
