 STOP FOR SUPERVISION ADMINISTRATOR'S GUIDE

ADMINISTRATOR’S ROLE:

As a STOP for Supervision Administrator, you play a major role in the success of the programme. Your responsibilities include ordering and distributing STOP for Supervision materials, scheduling and publicizing the programme, providing guidance to programme leaders and coordinating other STOP for Supervision activities.

This guide will help you administer the programme effectively by answering key questions about your role. It contains everything you need to schedule STOP for Supervision, present the Management Overview and train the programme leaders, if applicable. It also lists the materials you need and how to order them.

How do i order STOP for Supervison Materials?

Make sure that you order the materials you'll need at least 6 to 8 weeks before you plan to begin the programme. Decide in advance where you'll store the materials and how you'll distribute them to programme leaders.

Contact the PDO Supply Department as the Materials are saved as STOCK ITEMS.
