Within 3 weeks two serious road accidents have occurred. In one case resulting in two fatalities and one seriously injured person and in the other a near escape from death. Both accidents could have been prevented by proper use of Journey Management and Man Lost Procedures. It causes great concern to notice that in spite of the substantial efforts invested in Journey Management and related Man Lost Procedures two serious failures occurred in only three weeks.
