Altering the fork spacing on Forklifts
Two recent incidents have occurred in PDO field locations when changing the width spacing of the forks on forklifts. In both cases the stops at the end of the fork carriage were found to be missing resulting in the fork falling from the carriage to the ground there being nothing in place restricting the travel of the fork on the carriage.
