Working at heights !!!
A helper working along with an Electrical Technician. Installing cable trays at 6.5m above ground. Stepped on a section of loose grating that had not been secured. The grating moved off the supporting frame. The helper fell through the grating section to the ground. He suffered fractured pelvis and ankle.
