Directly accountable for the performance and development of the product-flow assets — oil fields, oil-production facilities, staff and reputation — as well as the protection of the environment in the northern part of PDO’s concession area
Fatma al Kharusi
Finance Director
Oversees the Company’s financial services, business controls, internal audits, legal advice as well as its contracting and procurement. She also serves as Secretary to the Company’s Board of Directors.
Mundhir al Barwani
Human Resources Director
Oversees the all of the Company’s Human Resource departments: Employee Services, Community Relations, Omanisation, Learning & Development, Policy & Benefits, and External Affairs & Communications.
Amran al Marhubi
Oil Director South
Directly accountable for the performance and development of the product-flow assets — oil fields, oil-production facilities, staff and reputation — as well as the protection of the environment in the southern part of PDO’s concession
Abla al Riyami
Gas Director
Directly accountable for meeting the Company’s obligations as gas operator for the Government of Oman.
Martin Stäuble
Exploration Director
Accountable for all oil and gas exploration activities within PDO. In addition, responsible for the provision of certain technical services, including seismic-data acquisition and processing as well as cartographic, stratigraphic and laboratory services.
Joop Castelijns
Petroleum Engineering Director
Functional director responsible for the Company’s capabilities in all petroleum-engineering disciplines, including reservoir engineering, petrophysics, production geosciences and production technology.
Suleiman al Tobi
Engineering and Operations Director
Functional director responsible for the Company’s capabilities in all surface-based engineering and operations disciplines, including those pertaining to project execution, process control, electrical equipment, civil works, mechanical equipment and corrosion.
Abdulsattar Al-Murshidi
Well Engineering Director
Functional director responsible for the Company’s capabilities in subsurface-based engineering as well as logistics, including the drilling, logging and maintenance of wells, the installation and maintenance of pumps and other lift systems, and the transport of passengers and freight to all of the Company’s operational sites throughout Oman.
Abdulla Al-Shuaily
Infrastructure Director
Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the Company’s infrastructure, including buildings, pipelines, power plants, port facilities, computers and data-transmission systems.
