Vendor Registration
PDO maintains a list of approved Vendors for the supply of products or services for its oil and gas operations throughout Oman. The registration of Vendors with PDO intends to ensure that contracts are awarded to proven, technically capable and financially viable Vendors. Independent legal advice and or tax advice shall be taken by Vendors before and throughout their engagement in business transactions with PDO; and while this information provided herein is believed to be accurate, no warranty is given.
Registration for the provision of Service to PDO
The Vendor, local or foreign, shall post a technical bid, pre-registration,
via the PDO Public Tenders (PPT) by logging onto https://was01.pdo.co.om/PPTVendor/Vendor/Home.aspx (Note :PDO registered Vendors can also bid for tenders floated via PPT). Alternatively, the non PDO registered Vendor will be approached by PDO for the submission of a bid. Registration of a Vendor who has been selected by a PDO contractor to provide a service as a sub-contractor is subject to conditions stipulated in the Contract. Upon award of the Contract directly to the Vendor PDO shall issue the Vendor with a “Fax of Award.

Registration for the supply of a product or Change in Registration Details
The local Vendor shall address a request for registration or a request for change of registration details to OmanTradanet L.L.C.PO Box 425, PC 118, Sultanate of Oman, or submit it to the OmanTradanet office. Registration of a Vendor who has been selected by a PDO contractor to supply a product as a sub-contractor is subject to conditions stipulated in the Contract.
