Helmet & Chinstrap - Clarification
In February 2001, an employee fell from a 1.5 metre height, hurt his head and died. A Safety Alert titled ¿Helmet? Chinstrap Always!¿ was issued in August 2001 to communicate the correct way to wear a helmet. Following the alert, CSM function received several requests for clarification.
