Refinery Explosion
On January 20, 2004 an explosion at a plant in Skikda, Algeria killed nearly 40 people and injured more than 70. It apparently began with the rupture of a boiler. This incident is a solemn reminder that we often work in an environment where nothing can be taken for granted.
