There appears to be some confusion as to what training providers were allowed to issue Defensive Driving Permits in 2009.

Please be advised of the following validity of PDO Defensive Driving Permits relating to when they were issued in 2009:

• Pre April 3rd permits from TATI, SCS, STS, NTI and OTI were valid.
• April 3rd - June 28th permits from HiTech Projects only valid.
• June 29th - October 2nd permits from SCS and TATI only valid
• October 3rd onwards, permits from SDI Sheida only valid.

Please ensure that your Journey Managers are aware of this when checking the validity of permits.
