The HLD8 team are informed the H2S Training Insight Browser software issues of late 2010 have been resolved. The Insight Browser H2S Training database has been updated, and continues to be updated by NTI at 2 ¿ 3 day intervals.

H2S training attendance details in the SapPhire database lag behind the training attendance date by up to 10 weeks presently. Investigations as to how this time lag can be reduced are underway and will be implemented as quickly as possible.

The only emails it should be necessary to send to HLD8 staff (HLD82) should be for:

• Repeated automatic notifications of non-compliance with H2S training, that has already been attended and is current, (i.e. within the last 3 years). Employee number, full name, reference indicator and date of last training are then required by the HLD8 team to modify the database.
• Notifications of non-compliance with H2S training, when the training is not required, due to the post held. Employee number, full name, reference indicator, and line manager¿s reference indicator are required before de-selection can be achieved.
• Staff who have changed their company position to one which now requires H2S training, where they were de-selected previously. Same detail required as in b) above.
