Like food and water, sleep is one of life’s essentials. Although we are all different, most people need between seven to eight hours of sleep per night. The most optimum sleep time is between 9 to10 pm and 6 to 7 am. The lack of sleep eventually causes elevated risk of fatigue. Don't ignore the early warning signs: Yawning, Poor Concentration, tired eyes, restlessness - if you notice them, it's time to STOP.
